They need a well manured site to crop
well. Sow in seed boxes under glass
February to March or outdoors in April.
Plant out 9" apart in 6" deep dibber
holes, 15" between rows. Do not fill
holes, watering will do this. Liquid
feed once a fortnight, keep weed free
and earth up as they grow to get long
white stems. Cardboard collars or pipes
will do as well. |
