Growing Tips
Radish
|
A catch or intercrop, salad vegetable which can be grown
in short rows and is very quick to mature. The richer,
more fertile soil the better. Work soil to a fine tilth.
Sow from mid-March onwards at 3 week intervals. Stop
sowing in mid-May, radishes are not a summer crop. |

Try them eaten straight from the garden
with crisp, wholemeal bread.
